The Committee passed this resolution on May 4, 2011. The People´s Deputies have
scrutinized the motions of the subjects of legislative initiative concerning
the bill (Reg. No. 8306) adopted as a basis on April 7, 2011.
The bill sets the fundamentals of state service, order of state service, length of service and its termination, legal status of state officials, their social and legal security.
The Committee received 800 motions from the People´s Deputies of Ukraine. 450 motions were scrutinized during the Committee sitting.
